This song is sung by Kelly Clarkson, who created it in corporation with her best friend, to celebrate her music experience of ten years, to announce her plan of rest and adjustment, and to thank her fans, friends and family for approving her all the time. According to Kelly, Catch My Breath represents what kind of person she is, expresses her pride for her achievement, those who helped her, and her present self, and displays the direction she will go in the future. The song was launched in 2012, and got pretty popular, for example, it won the Best Singing Song Award of the 31 ASCAP Pop Music Award.

Kelly Clarkson, born in Texas in 1982, is an American singer and actor. She worked with a music producer, Gerry Goffin, for more chances to singing, but she failed. What’s worse, the house she lived in Los Angeles has been burned down, and her car was taken by the policemen. In those upset days, she came back to Burleson and earned her living by selling movie tickets. However, her luck was turning around soon. She attended the interview of the American Idol with her friend’s encouragement. Surprisingly she became the first champion, winning 58% of the vote. She has made a great success so far, and became the first woman singer who won Best Pop Album Award of the Grammy twice.

Catch my breath is a song which combined many kinds of pop music, and chooses her typical motivational theme. An abrupt and explosive sound following the gentle prelude makes the rhythm up and down. Besides, the voice of Kelly is so fantastic and exuding confidence.
