将在华侨城创意园的一渡堂举行。

Leonard has been an inspiring songwriter who deeply touched many among us with his simple words. In anything he describes with his strong poetic feelings, love is everywhere. Through the alchemy of his soft melodies adored women became legendary songs. What we wish to share with you tonight is his endless tenderness for the world and humanity. May his spirit simply be here with us now and his wisdom and visionary poems fulfil our hearts.

里奥纳德·诺曼·科恩（也译作莱昂纳德·诺曼·科恩，英语：Leonard Norman Cohen，1934年9月21日－2016年11月7日），生于魁北克蒙特利尔西峰（Westmount），是加拿大创作歌手、音乐人、诗人以及小说家。他的作品中充满对宗教、孤独、性以及权利的探讨。科恩先后获选进入加拿大音乐名人堂，加拿大创作名人堂，美国摇滚名人堂，同时他被授予了加拿大最高平民荣誉加拿大勋章及魁北克民族勋章。2008年科恩获选进入美国摇滚名人堂时，致辞人娄·里德形容其是“最高水平与最具影响力的创作人之一。”

Leonard Norman Cohen (also translated as Leonard Norman Cohen, English: Leonard Norman Cohen, September 21, 1934 -November 7, 2016) was born in Westmount, Montreal ), Is a Canadiansinger-songwriter, musician, poet and novelist. His work is full of religious,solitary, sexual and rights discussions. Cohen has been selected into theCanadian Music Hall of Fame, the Canadian Creative Hall of Fame, the AmericanRock and Roll Hall of Fame, and at the same time he was awarded the CanadianSupreme Civilians Medal of Honor and the Quebec National Medal. When Cohen waschosen to enter the American Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2008, Lou Reed, thespeaker, described it as "one of the highest level and most influentialcreators."

A year ago, on a winter night, Pierre and his friend Amber organized a "Tribute to Leonard Cohen" concert. Thirteen musicians co-singing Cohen classic songs, about 400 Cohen fans gathered together to share the memory of this great musician, writer and poet, the resonance spreading around, the scene was warm and touching.

2005年1月，导演琳恩·露森远赴雪梨歌剧院为一场名为“Came So Far For Beauty”演唱会进行拍摄，为了向莱奥纳德致敬，Nick Cave及多位知名艺人共同参与了这场盛大的表演，并由知名音乐制作人Hal Willner担任总监。本片可说是首次对李欧纳这位音乐界的巨擘进行零距离接触、最赤裸的深入访谈，从李欧纳的诗作、小说等作品，甚至他的绘画创作及相片收藏等，透过难能可贵的访问和李欧纳亲身的自述，见识他独特的魅力所在。除了许多珍贵画面之外，亦收录了许多歌手如U2乐团主唱Bono、70年代末独立音乐领导者Nick Cave、Rufus Wainwright等众多知名艺人精采绝伦的演出画面，重量级的卡司肯定让人惊艳不断。

短片中的曲目《I'm your man》来自科恩1988年的专辑，“我是你的男人”这一名称也被沿用至后来科恩出演的音乐题材纪录片以及他的传记。有人形容科恩的声音“仿佛来自地下道”，他嗓音里的那份低沉和沧桑，让歌曲的增添了些许岁月淬炼的味道。而被称为诗人的他也曾被比喻做“摇滚界的拜伦”。

In January 2005, director Lynn Lunson traveled to the Sydney Opera House for a film called "Came So Far For Beauty". In order to pay tribute to Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave and a number of well-known artists participated The grand performance, with well-known music producer Hal Willner as director.
