Most of us talk to ourselves out loud as we do things around the house. We may practice speaking in different accents. A fun thing to do is to create a fake argument in your head, with someone you know, and practice what you would say to have the last word, which makes the other person shut up.

我们大多数人独自在家时会忍不住大声说话，也许会模仿各种不同的口音。还有一件有意思的事那就是假装跟某一个你熟悉的人吵架，然后不断练习自己说什么才能让对方闭嘴。

Being alone makes a person a bit paranoid, though. We may check every room in the house just to make sure we are completely alone. We also usually check the closets to see if anyone happens to be hiding there. If we live with other people, we often use this opportunity to snoop into their private things. If we find a diary /journal this is a jackpot of privacy invasion.

独处会让人变得有点神经质，我们会检查屋子里的每一个房间，确保自己真的是一个人。我们还会检查衣柜，看有没有躲在里面。如果是跟其他人同住，那我们会趁机窥探别人的隐私，要是能发现一本日记或是笔记，那可真是中了头奖了。

When you are alone, you will likely want to snack on things constantly. You will probably eat a weird combination of foods. Easting dill pickles smothered in peanut butter, having ketchup on your vanilla ice cream, or mixing Gummy bears with yogurt are fun choices. When you are alone, both males and females can eat like a pregnant woman does and enjoy any strange cravings without being embarrassed by what others might think about this.

一个人的时候，就总觉得嘴不能闲着得吃点零食。你可能会吃一些黑暗料理，比如说，蘸着花生酱吃腌黄瓜，把番茄酱抹在香草味的冰淇淋上，又或者把橡胶熊软糖和酸奶搅在一起。独处的时候，无论男人还是女人都会吃的跟孕妇一样多，而且还很享受这种对食物的渴望，不用为别人的眼光而感到难为情。

When you are alone, the mirror becomes your best friend. Many like to prance about in front of the mirror as if modeling for a fashion photography shoot. Some enjoy putting on a private striptease to gauge their overall attractiveness.

当你一个人的时候，镜子成了你最好的朋友。许多人喜欢在镜子前昂首挺胸的站着，好像在拍时尚大片似的，也有一些人还喜欢跳点脱衣舞，看看自己有多吸引人。

Men like to rapidly drink enough beer or soda to be able to belch profusely. Women may have a good cry for absolutely no reason. Everyone will probably pick their nose and flick the boogers away with their fingers. Chewing fingernails, popping zits, and/or picking scabs is popular. Smelling your own underarms is common too.Both men and women enjoy a really loud fart and often say out loud afterward, “That was a big one!”

男人们总是喜欢快速的喝够啤酒和苏打水，然后长长的打个嗝。女人们却总是没来由的哭泣。每个人都可能拿手指挖皮孔，然后还轻轻的把鼻屎弹走。咬指甲、挤痘痘、揭伤疤也是大家经常在独处时做的事。还有，闻自己的腋下也是大家一个人的时候经常做的事哦。无论男人还是女人，独处的时候都喜欢放一个响亮的屁，然后再响亮的说一句，“哇，好大一个！”
