Dear excellencies, friends and colleagues,
First, I would like to thank all speakers and panelists,for the enlightening speeches. My name is Roy Wang. I am a young singer and actor from china, the country that hosts 238 million young people are the second largest youth population in the world. Until yesterday, I only saw the UN building on TV, so this is the vary first day that I am honored to participate in the youth forum to raise my voice. I am grateful for this unique opportunity. I was fortunate to work with the United Nations’ Chinese sub-group on youth to advocate the for imagine 2030 Campaign which aims at encouraging the young generation in china to reflect and think about the world we want to see in 2030. The year sustainable development goals are expected to be achieved. This campaign meaningfully engages a large number of young people including millions of left-behind children and other marginalized young people and provided them with an opportunities to express their views and share their imagination to inspire our world . I submitted a cartoon drawing project, my passion for 2030 is that every young person can access the good quality education and girls have same potential to achieve amazing things are as the boys.with the support, from many young people across the country, the campaign which has been running for a few months since 10, 2016 recorded over 500 million viewers online. In support by a campaign, understanding SDGs has become a fashion among the young people.
Dear excellencies, friends and colleagues, taking this opportunity both as a leader and a young person myself, I want to reassure you of Chinese young people’s motivation to advance and realize SDGS where you are. I truly believe that our youth power can influence the world we live in and hope that our determination can make a difference.
尊敬的各位阁下,朋友们,和同事们:
首先,我要感谢所有代表和嘉宾,感谢他们振聋发聩的演讲。我叫王源,是来自于中国的年轻歌手和演员。中国有两亿七千八百万青年,是世界上第二大青年国家。直到昨天,我只在电视上见过联合国大楼,所以这是我第一次也是非常荣幸的来这里参加青年论坛,并代表中国青年发声。我非常荣幸能有这个特别的机会,我非常荣幸能和联合国中国分组一起合作,倡导青年人参与“畅想2030”活动。这个活动的目标是鼓励中国年轻一代去思考我们想要在2030年看到一个怎样的世界。这一年,希望可持续发展目标能够实现。这个活动汇集了大量青年人,其中包括数百万农村留守儿童和其他边缘群体,为他们提供机会来表达他们的观点。展现他们的想象力,展望未来。我提交了一份漫画形式的计划书,我的愿望及时2030年每个年轻人都能够接受到高质量的教育,女生也有像男生一样的潜力去做伟大的事情。因为得到中国各地年轻人的支持,我们的活动从2016年10月开始,就已经实行了数月时间,在网上有超过五亿的阅读量,通过这个活动,了解到“可持续发展目标”已经在青年人中成为了一种时尚。

SDGs (英语全称:Sustainable Development Goals)中文是”可持续发展目标”,这是联合国国际发展的一系列目标,这些目标将在2015年底替换千年发展目标。这些目标将从2016一直持续到2030年。,是截至2015年8月2日,共有193个国家赞同了以下17点总目标,然后具体的这一系列目标共有169项。

Six Crucial Dimensions of Quality Education
优质教育六大维度
VVOB believes that education leads to empowerment: a process of strengthening individuals, organisations and communities so they get more control over their own situations and environments. Quality education is a crucial factor in combating poverty and inequality in society. In quality education, VVOB distinguishes six dimensions that all interventions of the organisation need to meet.
VVOB 认为教育终归于授权:是为增强个人,团体,和社区的过程这样可以掌控自我的状况和环境。优质教育是消除社会上的贫穷和不平等的关键要素。对于优质教育,共有六大维度需要所有的组织参与需要满足。
Equity 平等The VVOB definition refers to "all learners". This term refers to non-discrimination and equity. Equity in education means that personal and social circumstances such as gender, ethnic origin or family background are not obstacles to achieving educational potential and that all individuals reach at least a basic minimum level of skills. VVOB in particular focuses on gender equity. | |
Contextualisation and Relevance情景与关联Quality education cannot be based on a blueprint that is applicable in all situations. Solutions and adaptations of education systems must be based on the real needs of a country and/or community. | |
Child-friendly Teaching and Learning友善教与学Quality education puts the child in the centre and helps it to reach his or her full potential. Quality Education requires children’s active participation. | |
Sustainability 可持续性Educational change processes often need time to be realised. By enhancing the capacities of local education authorities, VVOB aims to institutionalise these processes. | |
Balanced Approach 平衡方式Quality education aims at developing a balanced set of capabilities of children they require to become economically productive, develop sustainable livelihoods, contribute to peaceful and democratic societies and enhance individual well-being. | |
Learning Outcomes 学习结果After completing a certain level of education, children must have developed a minimum standard of skills. Quality education requires a results-oriented approach. |
