• Tiger Beer started in 1932. Did anyone see a tiger in Singapore? Probably not.

• 虎牌啤酒（Tiger beer）是新加坡生产的啤酒。制造商：Asia Pacific Breweries1900 年由「海尼根啤酒」（Heineken）创办，1930年独立经营，现任厂长「武周」（华人）

• It can befound globally in around 60 countries. We have it on tap.

• At the 2011 World Quality Selections, organized by Monde Selection, the brand won a Gold Quality award. Well played Tiger.

• Tiger is amongst Singapore’s top 10 most valuable brands.

• The "It's Time for a Tiger" slogan for Tiger Beer has run for decades since its inception in the 1930s.

• Writer Anthony Burgess named his first novel Time for a Tiger (the first part of the Malayan trilogy The Long Day Wanes) after the advertising slogan.

• The beer was seen in the 2002 movie The Transporter with Jason Statham. Jason Statham didn’t drink one in the movie. Not such a hard man?

• Crates of Tiger appeared in the 2008 film Tropic Thunder. Jack Black did not drink one on the movie. Poor guy.

• In The Accidental Spy it's the preferred beer of Buck Yuen (played by Jackie Chan). Although we don’t see him drink it, it appears he drank it. Now there’s a hard man.

• Tiger is seen as a favourite among British troops during the Malayan emergency in the film The Virgin Soldiers.
