我们很遗憾的通知您，原定于今年（2月18日～3月3日）举行的曲婉婷北美巡演，因不可抗力因素，现宣布取消。我们对本次购票歌迷们造成的不便深感抱歉，也承诺将妥善处理退票事宜，希望各位歌迷们给予体谅。我们承诺尽快为歌迷们退票，所有门票将会于七个工作日内自动退回。请已购买门票的歌迷们在此期限后查询您的账户。如您在退票过程中遇到困难，请致信[email protected]，我们将会尽快为您处理。同时，我们将为所有购买过门票的客户提供2018年我方主办演唱会的半价优惠。具体活动请关注我们的官方微信公众平台。

The Cancellation of Wanting's 2018 North America tour

Dear Fans/Customers:

Greetings!

We are very sorry to inform you that the Wanting's 2018 North America tour scheduled for the beginning of the year (Feb 18 to Mar 3) was canceled due to the unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. We promised that the refund would be issued as soon as we can. 

All tickets will be automatically refunded within seven business days. Please check your account after this period. If you have any questions regards the refund process, please email us at [email protected] and we will handle the matter as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will provide 50% off discount of all concerts that we are hosting in 2018 for all customers who have purchased their tickets this time.
