A gorilla in the tree 一头大猩猩在树上

A man walks out on his front porch one day and sees a gorilla in the tree on his front lawn. He calls animal control and about an hour later a man shows up with a ladder, a pit bull, and a shotgun. The animal control employee tells the man, "I'm here to get the gorilla out of your tree. I'm going to use this ladder to climb up the tree and shake the branchthe gorilla is on to knock him to the ground. The pit bull is trained to go after anything that falls from the tree and bites their balls which calms the animal down so I can put him in the truck." The man says "Okay, I see what the ladder and the pit bull are for but what is the shotgun for?" The animal control employee says, "Oh, that's for you. In case I fall out of the tree instead of the gorilla."

有一天，一名男子走出他的前廊，在前面草坪上的一棵树上看到一头大猩猩。他给动物控制中心打了电话，大约一个小时后，来了一名男子，带着梯子、斗牛犬和霰弹枪。动物控制员告诉那位男子，“我来是为了把大猩猩从你的树上赶走。我要用这个梯子爬上树，摇动大猩猩所栖息的树枝，大猩猩就会掉在地上。然后斗牛犬就会追赶它，斗牛犬经过训练，可以追赶从树上掉下来的任何东西，咬住它们的蛋蛋，让动物平静下来，这样我就能把它放进卡车里。”那位男子说：“好吧，我明白了梯子和斗牛犬的用途，但霰弹枪用来干嘛的呢？”动物控制员说：“哦，那是给你的，如果从树上掉下来的是我而不是大猩猩的话。”
