micro/wave Shanghai 受到来自一群罗马尼亚的艺术家点燃的电子音乐场景的激励，他们专注于自己的音乐艺术却不在意所谓推广，他们紧密地联系在一起把这种具有工匠精神的音乐艺术场景传染到了世界各地。来自上海的MIIIA、Leon C、Thomas Futoso，还有来自青岛 Unitt 俱乐部的Xhrandy等核心成员与上海Elevator一起建立micro/wave Shanghai 团队。 长时间以来与Perlon，Arma 17，Cocoon，Malonian等众多厂牌及其司艺人在华相互打磨，如今已成长为中国地区最为专注minimal及简约舞曲的厂牌。

micro/wave Shanghai is inspired by a scene that's been emerging around the world but sparked by a close-knit group of Romanian artists and their extended family who focus on their craft more than promotion, marathon DJ sets and digging deeply through decades of dance music. Core figures MIIIA, Leon C and Thomas Futoso in Shanghai plus Xrhandy from Qingdao building up the team around Maumau from Elevator. With years in depth collaboration along side Perlon, Arma 17, Cocoon, Malonian and etc.. Micro/wave now has grown as the most dedicated label focusing on minimal sounds around mainland China.

THOMAS FUTOSO (micro/wave)

Thomas Futoso 出生成长于德国法兰克福，2014年起移居上海。在中国各地演出， 包括Elevator,Loopy，TAG和Lantern 等俱乐部。并将罗马尼亚Techno带入上海。Thomas为自己和他所代表的独特音乐体验建立起了优质的名声。

多年来，以 Robert Johnson 作为自己的游乐场，Thomas从舞池发展到dj台，从舞蹈 和倾听积累了大量经验。通过聆听Ricardo, Raresh 或Barac的音乐，强大的灵感促 使他不断壮大自己的dj技能。无尽的Ableton Live或afterhour以及一些露天或游船派对，你都或许能找到Thomas的音乐足迹。

Thomas 2017年首次中国巡演后，无数永不停息的马拉松之夜，把舞池人潮推向日 出之时也意犹未尽，他对中国地下音乐的认识越发深刻。他的set基于精心挑选的催 眠之声以及deep缠绵的mininal小调，完美的混合演绎恰到好处地抓染人流，从夜初始到破晓时分，音乐绕梁三日，让人流连忘返。

他组织的活动厂牌 micro/wave，引进了众多令人印象深刻的音乐人到中国，其中包括Sedee,Einzelkind，Oskar Offermann和Takashi Himeoka。Elevator上海作为MICRO / WAVE团队的基地，有月例活动或国际预定。

Thomas Futoso (Micro/Wave)Born in Frankfurt/Germany based since 2014 in Shanghai. Touring all around China and introducing Shanghai to the significant Romanian Techno sound. Thomas has build up a name for himself and the music experience he stands for. With his event organizing brand micro/wave he has brought numerous incredible artists to China, among others Sedee, Einzelkind, Audio Werner, John Dimas, Giuliaono Lomonte and Takashi Himeoka.With ElevatorShanghai as homebase the MICRO/WAVE gang is delivering monthly events or organizing tours with their international guest bookings. After Thomas first China tour in 2017, celebrating never ending marathon nights and keeping the crowd till sunrise on the dancefloor, Thomas made himself a clear picture about the underground scene in China.

XRHANDY (micro/wave)

源于美术科班的学弋，他将自己独特的审美意识融入到其声音表演之中。当越多的电 子音乐进入到大众娱乐之中，他更是将这种消遣恪守于浓郁的学术气息中，这样的固 执也使得他的声音表达着严肃音乐的影子。 他乐意将自己置身于感受世界不同的人文与艺术之中，同时不会忽略对音乐空间的检 视。他将自己的经验以及对声音敏锐的嗅觉装饰在后来的俱乐部项目之中。正是这样听者与发起者身份间的对话，也让他对声音诠释有了自己的思想。简约却又不单薄是他给人的一种印象，’有机’是他提出的一个概念，充满创造性地结构，有趣的音色，就像轻食后的肠胃，被温柔对待的耳朵，dub的低声部总是营造安全的氛围。他在思 考音乐本身的同时，也不会忽略现场表演的重要性，如今已有十余年游弋世界多地混 音的经厉，并与许多优秀的艺术家并肩演出，如Einzelkind，Sedee，Nikita Zabelin，Rio Kawamoto等。如今他与Thomas Futoso 联合主持micro/wave厂牌，着 力于推广以minimal, micro为中心的简约电子舞曲，这也是在大陆地区最早出现的以minimal为核心的专向电子音乐推广厂牌。

XRHANDYas a student originate from institute of fine art, he incorporates his unique aesthetic consciousness into his sound performance. As more electronic music enters mass entertainment, he persists in sticking to this kind of recreation in the strong academic atmosphere. It is his persistence that makes his voice express the shadow of serious music.

He is willing to place himself in the different humanities and arts of the world while without neglecting the music spaces and sound fields. He embellishes his experience as well as keen sense of sound in later club projects. It is in this way that the dialogue between the audience and the initiator gives him his own thoughts on the interpretation of the sound. The impression he gives to us is simplicity, not thinness. His sound is creatively structured with organic timbre, like a light stomach after light food, or the ear with a gentle touch. All in all, the sound of dub always creates a safe atmosphere.

Club Unitt was one of his major founding projects. Although it short lived, it was one of the most important underground icons around eastern Asia. He is very well organized with different projects, however he never neglects stage-performing experience. Xrhandy was invited to perform his sounds at several significant clubs and music festivals as well as performing alongside many outstanding artists, such as Einzelkind, Sedee, Nikita Zabelin, Giuliano Lomonte, Rio Kawamoto and many more. Nowadays, Xrhandy is playing a great role of micro sounds in China, also of ‘micro/wave’ label which is focusing on promoting the unique minimal and micro sound for China.
