FERGIE
FERGIE是一款高集成、零像差、内置低噪可制冷探测器的光谱仪。FERGIE具有独特设计的附件生态系统,包括简洁的光组合模块、激光光源、光纤和智能化设计的软件。
在FERGIE输出端,匹配滤光片、激光光源、sCMOS相机、LED光源(辅助测试光源)以及样品就可以进行显微拉曼成像测试了。
