曙光班志愿团体是一个专业教育性公益组织，主要关注全国视障儿童精神文明生活、心理健康成长问题，为全国视障儿童提供力所能及的爱心服务。我们拥有一支组织完备、服务态度严谨的志愿者队伍，主要由海归学子、硕士生、本科生组成，还有小志愿者们陪伴视障儿童读书。
曙光班志愿团体于2014年10月10日由张红艳老师组织创建：上帝为视障儿童关上了一扇窗，张老师便决意为孩子们打开一扇门。我们的初衷是让视障儿童和视力正常的孩子享受同样幸福的生活，迎接属于人生刚刚开始时灿烂的曙光。这些年以来，我们的服务拓展到英语、声乐、古筝、钢琴、武术的教学。到目前为止，曙光班开展了近百次培训活动，前后与北广传媒、清风志愿团队、清檬志愿团队联合举办了十余次一线爱心活动，并正在逐步开展线上课程，受到了视障儿童家长、公益行业和社会普遍的关注和好评。
