For my team， Ah-counter Shalley was totally focused on the speehes , giving a fairly specific report to every speaker. Better to divide it into several parts concerning of time and clarity . Grammarian Ava was listening and taking notes whole meeting , giving a professional feedback which can be set as an example. Timer Jessica gave the report accurately .Good job！

TM Mridul perfectly did hold the meeting being toastmaster . He asked the suitable questions to warm up the atmosphere at the beginning and made smooth transition between each session ,which we felt nature and comfortable . We felt the passion and we enjoyed the host. 

TTM William is also known as a professional toastmaster . The question set was very good ,and got so many people to participarte in. One suggestion is to add more transitions amongst. 

Evaluations for individual speakers should always be based on the objectives of each speech level .meanwhile ，picking up the impressing part and giving some tips . IE2 Nestor evaluated Speaker2 Doris' speech down to earth and gave useful tips. Making full use of the time is my suggestion for Nestor. IE1 Vincent should have evaluated Speaker1 Emily's speech from rehtorical divices ,word usage and simplity these dimensions according to CC4 objectives. And I think Emily's speech is touching and inspiring personally. You can do better next time .
