为什么中国功夫历史悠久、门派众多，只有李小龙成为国际巨星？为什么他上节目还坚持自己的思想和哲学，而不是演一演《实用防狼术36招》之类的东西交差？我想他有别于普通拳脚师父的一项重要因素是他的西方哲学专业。艺术是相通的，以下内容全部出自李小龙在1971年的一个节目访谈，谈的是功夫？我们一起来看看如何把它用在学习摄影上吧。

so styles tend to, not only separate man because they have their own doctrines and the doctrine became the gospel truth that you cannot change!

But, if you do not have styles, if you just say,'here I am as a human being, how can I express myself totally and completely?

Now that way, you won't create a style because style is a crystallization and that way is a process of continuing growth.

摄影技法会将人隔离，因为它们有自己的教条，这些教条已经成为不可违背的“真理”。

但是如果你不懂技法，做为一个完整的人，你将如何真实而完整地表达自我？

这样的话你就不会创造什么技法，因为你已经将技法的本质看清了，这是一个不断生长的过程。

To me ultimately, martial art means honestly expressing yourself.

Now it is very difficult to do.

I mean it is easy for me to put on a show and be cocky and be flooded with a cocky feeling and then feel like pretty cool and all that. Or I can make all kinds of phony things, you see what I mean? And be blinded by it. Or I can show you some really fancy movement.But, to express oneself honestly, not lying to oneself. And to express myself honestly,that is very hard to do.

And you have to train. You have to keep your reflexes so that when you want it, it's there!

When you want to move,you are moving. And when you move you are determined to move.

Not taking one inch, not anything less than that!

So that is the type of thing you have to train yourself into it. To become one with it.

对我来说，
摄影的终极含义就是忠实地表达自我。

这做起来很难。

我是说对我来说，要是仅仅是做出几个很酷、很牛的拍摄项目，或者做出各种很漂亮的风光糖水日式小清新来蒙蔽你，那样很简单。但如果是真实地表达自我、不欺骗自己、要忠实地表达自己就很难了。

你需要练习，保持你的本能反应。
当你需要的时候——它就会出现！

当你想要行动，你就已经在行动之中；
当你行动了，你已经下定决心行动了。

不差分寸，不差毫厘。

必须委身去锻炼自己，
使之人技合一。

I said, "empty your mind,be formless, shapeless, like water.

Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.

You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle.

You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot.

Now water can flow, or it can crash!

Be water, my friend.

清空你的思绪，像水一样，灵活，无形。

把水倒入杯子，它变成杯子的形状；
把水倒入瓶子，它变成瓶子的形状；
把水倒入茶壶，它变成茶壶的形状；

水可以流动，也可以摧毁它所撞击的东西。

像水一样吧，胖友！
