Amber Vittoria is an illustrator living and working in New York City. The 'ideal physical female' is something her artwork aims to break; several of her pieces focus on femininity and the female form, leveraging physical traits such as body hair, overtly extended limbs, and rounded features. She has been recognized by It’s Nice That, Computer Arts, Teen Vogue, Man Repeller, and 20×200.

The Reckoning: Women and Power in The Workplace - Art Direction, Caleb Bennett.
As
revelations of sexual harassment break, women have been discussing the
fallout and how to move forward. Here, women from across the working
world take on this complicated conversation.
“What was she
wearing?" and similar questions tend to be the focus in these
situations, creating the expectation that how a victim presents herself
is the catalyst for an attack.
Classy Duds Capsule Collection
Throughout recent art history, the majority of women within pieces are depicted by male painters as sexual, maternal, or a stereotype of the like. As gender becomes progressively more fluid, Amber has personally felt empowered to break the trope of an ‘ideal physical female.’ For this collaboration, she reimagines three famous pieces of women depicted by male artists whilst utilizing Classy Duds' iconography (such as cigarettes, beer, and high fashion) to further her narrative of the female form.
