King of all games in Asia since over 4000 years, the game of Go or WeiQi, has been rapidly developing in the last 30 years around the world.

Its charming mystical origins added to its philosophy, amazingly pratical teachings, and the challenges that it offers make it an immeasurable source of enrichment for the human thought, with amazing applications in limitless fields from Corporate (development strategy, people management, project management, negotiation processes, intercultural management…), to more personal and spiritual aspects of self development (creativity, decision making, goal setting, empathy, intuition, meditation…)

The fact that it remained untamed by computers up until last month shows the point in which pure calculation and reasoning are powerless to apprehend and master the game’s complexity, or better said, of the Art’s immensity.

The incredible simplicity of its rules and the game’s many abstract facets resemble a universal language, a powerful vector for exchange and influence between men, and a ludic tool to refine one’s sense of action taking.

Unlike the West’s game of Chess, Weiqi is a game of co-creation, an Art, that considers the existence of the other (opponent/competitor…) as the very condition of the game itself, of Life itself.

In this introductory session, you will travel through the charming legends of its origins, its philosophy, practical applications, but also learn its rules, how to play it and how to enjoy every bit of the way.
