The song received mixed to positive reviews from critics who praised its slow pace and lyrics; however, it was criticized for its overwhelming(势不可挡的) production. The song was announced as a single only in Brazil, on April 12, 2011, through Warner Music Brasil, following its appearance on the soundtrack(原声大碟) of the Brazilian telenovela(电视剧) Insensato Coração (Irrational Heart) from 2011. Talking to the moon
I know you're somewhere out there
Somewhere far away
I want you back
I want you back
My neighbours think
I'm crazy
But they don't understand
You're all I have
You're all I have
At night when the stars
light on my room
I sit by myself
Talking to the Moon
Try to get to You
It holds you on
the other side
Talking to me too
Oh Am I A fool
who sits alone
Talking to the moon
