The pop superstar took to Instagram on Monday to share a new couple shot of her and her man, Sam Asghari, and gush about their year-long relationship in the process.

The pop superstar took to Instagram on Monday to share a new couple shot of her and her man, Sam Asghari, and gush about their year-long relationship in the process.

"I’ve been with this man for over a year," she wrote. "Everyday [sic] he inspires me to be a better person and that makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world!!"

In the photo, taken in front of a waterfall, Spears is grinning ear to ear as she wears black booty shorts, her favorite hot pink sports bra, reflective aviators and orange sneakers. Asghari is rocking gray shorts, a black tank top, aviators and white sneakers.

Though the couple looks absolutely adorable in the photo, we totally can't stop staring at their jaw-dropping muscles! Britney has been putting in the work (b--ch!) in the gym and it's showing -- her ab muscles are out of control, and Sam's arm muscles (is he flexing?) have us completely floored. 

Sam, 24, and Brit Brit, 36, met in the fall of 2016 on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video, in which he played her love interest.

They've been dating ever since and frequently go on hikes, eat out at restaurants and go on vacation together with Spears' two sons. Could an engagement be in the cards this year?! Judging by Britney's latest post, we wouldn't be surprised.
