最近，中国方面拒绝了加拿大男歌手贾斯汀·比伯(Justin Bieber)来华演出的事宜。有网友便在北京市文化局网站留言询问相关情况：
“请问为什么不允许Justin Bieber来华演出请给出详细解释！！Justin Bieber获得过多次大奖，肯定有他的才华、过人之处，为什么没有给予内地粉丝欣赏的权利？”

面对这位网友的留言质疑，北京市文化局也做出了如下回应：
“您好： 首先非常感谢您对北京文化工作的关心和支持！ 关于您信中反映的情况，我们经过认真研究，现给您回复如下。 首先，对你表达的心情表示理解。 Justin Bieber是一个有歌唱才华但也是一个有争议的年轻外籍歌手。据了解，作为一名公众人物，他在境外社会生活及在国内演出活动中曾有一系列不良行为引发公众不满。 为规范国内演出市场秩序，净化演出市场环境，因此不宜引进有不良行为的演艺人员。但是，希望Justin Bieber在成长过程中不断完善自己的言行，真正成为受公众喜爱的歌手。 再次感谢您的理解和支持！ 北京市文化局 2017年7 月18 日”
“Justin Bieber is a talented yet controversial young foreign singer. As far as we know, as a celebrity, he frequently misbehaves in his social life and concert performances, which aggrieved the public. To regulate the domestic performance market and purify the environment, performers who frequently misbehave in public are deemed inappropriate to be allowed into China. But we hope that as Justin Bieber matures, he can continue to improve his own words and actions, and truly become a singer beloved by the public.”
文化局这条回应发布没多久，便引发了国内众多网友的围观。不少网友纷纷表示：没毛病！

关注比伯的盆友应该都知道，早在2013年，比伯就曾来到中国举办他的巡回演唱会。
而就在北京演唱会结束的后一天，比伯就来到了长城游览。只不过，这位流行小天王是这样登上长城的↓↓↓
像“小皇帝”似的坐在保镖的肩头，不知道这样登上了长城，还算一条好汉吗？
当时，CNN是这么报道的：

参拜靖国神社照遭围攻
比伯坐在保镖肩头登长城在中国引发了一片哗然，而2014年他在社交网站上po出的一张图，则彻底地惹怒了万千中国人↓↓↓
“感谢你们的保佑”
比伯面前的神殿，并非普通的日本神殿，而是供奉有二战甲级战犯的“靖国神社”(Yasukuni Shrine)，被视为日本军国主义的象征。
比伯在靖国神社的这张照片，激怒了无数中国人。意识到事态严重的比伯很快就删除了该照片，并做出了道歉：
“在日本我看到了一座很漂亮的神殿，（于是）就让我的司机靠边停车了。我误以为所有神殿都只是一个祈祷的场所。如果对任何人有所冒犯，我深表歉意。我爱你中国，我爱你日本。”
当时就此事件有记者在外交部例行记者会上向时任外交部发言人的秦刚提问，秦刚回应说，他还没有注意到比伯参拜靖国神社这件事。不过，他补充说：“我希望，这个加拿大歌手在参拜靖国神社后，能清楚地了解日本的侵略史，和日本军国主义及其来源。”
Justin Bieber said sorry and insisted he loved Japan and China after he stepped into a bitter fight over history by visiting a controversial war shrine in Tokyo.
The troubled Canadian pop prince posted a snap of him at Yasakuni Shrine on his Instagram account - tweeting the link to his 51 million Twitter followers - with the message "thank you for your blessings."
The shrine is seen across Asia as a symbol of Japan's perceived lack of penitence for its imperialist past.
A storm erupted across social media after the posting, with fans lambasting the 20-year-old star for historical ignorance, and even China's foreign ministry suggesting the young singer should educate himself on the issue.
Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang, speaking at a regular briefing, said he had not been aware of Bieber's visit to the shrine.
But he added, "I hope that this Canadian singer after visiting the Yasukuni Shrine can have a clear understanding of Japan's history of invasion and militarism, and of the source of Japan's militarism."
而除此之外，比伯还曾对《安妮日记》作者、二战受害者安妮·弗兰克 (Anne Frank) 有过不当言论……

就在比伯参拜靖国神社不久前，他还去参观了位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹的安妮·弗兰克博物馆。

The singer visited the famous home where Jewish wartime diarist Frank and her family hid from Nazi persecution for two years during the Holocaust.
After spending an hour touring the home, which opened as a museum in 1960, Bieber wrote a message in the guestbook, which read: 'Truly inspiring to be able to come here.
'Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.'
The Facebook post garnered hundreds of comments expressing dismay over the young pop sensation's presumptuous remarks.
Many described it as 'disrespectful,' 'disgusting' and an 'embarrassment to Canadians.
