Our core design concept has

The project is a 120-square-meter flat apartment located in Shunyi District, Beijing. The original house type is a four-bedroom house type. Combined with the owner's needs for living alone, the house type is changed to a structure that is more suitable for living alone. Use the original space to create exclusive functional attributes. On the basis of retaining the original main functional space, the dynamic position and area of the kitchen have been optimized, and a special laundry room has been added. At the same time, in the overall tone of the space, maintain a neat and minimalist style, and properly integrate highly textured furnishings. Use the reclassified house structure to turn zero into whole and coordinate and unify.

该项目是位于北京市顺义区的一套120平米的平层户型。原户型为四室户型，结合业主独居的使用需求，将户型改为更适合独居的户型结构。利用原有空间打造专属的功能属性。在保留了原本主要的功能空间基础上，优化了厨房的动线位置和面积，并进而增设了专门的洗衣间。同时在空间的整体调性上，保持整洁极简的风格，并适当融入极具质感的陈设物品。利用重新划分的户型结构，化零为整，协调统一。

The rearranged living room layout abandons the traditional attached wall to make sofa walls and TV walls, and uses the surrounding white space to make the space more flexible. The study is opposite the master bedroom, and the European-style door of the master bedroom is in sharp contrast to the minimalist ghost door of the study. The center of the living room uses the hyperbolic ceiling structure to hide the lifting projection screen to meet the needs of function under the premise of ensuring the overall cleanliness and tidy.

重新排布的客厅布局，摒弃了传统的依附墙面来做沙发墙和电视墙，利用四周的留白让空间更具灵活度。书房与主卧正对，主卧的欧式对开门和书房的极简幽灵门形成鲜明的对比。客厅中心利用双曲面吊顶结构暗藏升降投影幕布，在保证整体干净整洁的前提下，满足对功能的需求。

It's very lucky that we always gain the trust and "lettake" of the designer team. Hahaha, this kind of cooperation is really comfortable. Of course, this is inseparable from user thinking (thinking what he thinks). Sometimes we also hear fellow photographers say that the quality of our projects is very good (there is also a traditional understanding that it is not so good). I want to say that each project, Doing every detail well is what we really want to do, rather than always waiting for or expecting a high-quality project to become popular and quickly achieve a price increase. The road needs to go step by step, and there is no need to envy others. Although the area of the project taken this time is not large, through stepping on and communicating one day in advance, we focused on the diversified excavation of the space (angle, relationship, angle selection). After some basic explanations, it will be easy to be confused. I don't know what else to shoot. Maybe I will feel that the project is average, nothing. At this time, patience is very important. Calm down and analyze/observe/dig. You will find a new angle. We cherish the opportunity of every project, so we will go all out every time. Maybe the project will have all kinds of disappointments, the matching is not high, the design reduction is weak, the soft installation is not in place, etc. As a photographer, maybe We also need to find that the angle that the designer can't find, or through light, display and other ways to present it a little better, so as to give each other some surprises and harvest.

很辛运我们总是收获设计师团队的信任与“放任”哈哈哈，这样的合作真的很舒服，这当然离不开用户思维（想他所想），有时候也会听到同行摄影师说我们的项目质量很好（也有传统理解不那么好的），我想说的把每个项目，每个细节做好才是我们真正要做的，而不是总是在等待或期许一个优质项目一炮而红，快速实现涨价，路要一步一步走，细数长流，不用羡慕别人。本次拍摄的项目尽管面积不大，通过提前一天的踩点与沟通，我们把拍摄重点放在了空间的多元挖掘（角度，关系，角度的选择取长补短），一些基础交代后，会容易茫然，不知道还有什么可以拍了，也许会感觉项目一般，没啥拍了，这时候耐心很重要，静下来去分析/观察/挖掘，你会找到新的角度，我们珍惜每一个项目的机会，所以每一次都会全力以赴，也许项目会有各种不如意，匹配都不高，设计还原度较弱，软装不到位等等，作为摄影师也许我们还要发现设计师发现不了的角度，或者通过光，陈列等其他方式去呈现的再好一点点，给到彼此一定的惊喜与收获
